8 years + relevant experience. Multi-cultural exposure having training experience in an operational set up in luxury hotel

Excellent written and spoken English

Role Summary

• Be a role model for Vana culture
• Be able to work alongside operational departments to identify training needs and support departmental trainers in conducting sessions
• Understand, plan and implement training plans based on training need analysis
• Work with HOD’s to do skill enhancement for team members (gap analysis)
• Review operational shortcomings and Vanavasis issues from L&D perspective
• Proven ability to deliver key information and technique to a variety of team members and colleagues. Design and develop instructional materials using engaging methodology
• Be proactive to work with departments to reinforce trainings & ensure continued improvement in skill set of team members
• Be able to write Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
• To coordinate the delivery of various learning & development sessions / initiatives
• Act as a coach and mentor to team members
• Lead the retreat grooming committee and ensure adherence to standards
