Shared Spaces

The essence of Vana’s architecture is not merely to be surrounded by nature, but to be one with it. Esteva i Esteva Arquitectura, a boutique design studio from the Balearic Islands in Spain, has brought their unique perspective to realise this philosophy.

The retreat’s shared spaces bring people together to an environment that is healing in itself, and at times even inspiring. At the very heart of the retreat lies the kila, where guests will find salana and ańayu, the kila lounge and library, the musicians’ corner and dukān - the retreat’s boutique. A dedicated library offers guests another space to spend time reading or conversing with each other. The library also hosts salons with our specialists.

The retreat offers several spaces for reflection, both indoors and outdoors, and has a unique gathering space in the kila called the bodhi tree for evening discourses and sessions during special retreats. Its orchards and reflection pond allow guests to meditate with the elements and to ponder, as do the meditation and shrine rooms in the tibetan healing center.

Inspiring meeting spaces in sketchbook can host a small group of people that wish to combine a private workshop with a bespoke wellness experience, or be used to spend time working on one’s own.
